No Print One Color
My 6505 d'not print magenta but the cartrige It Is new. In the display level magenta Is full.the printer prints all colors except magenta. Which part is not working or needs to be replaced?

Have you prepared the cartridge before installation? Has the protective strip been removed? If these have been done then maybe this you tube video may give you some help.
