My Tv Has Power And The Remote Works But The Signal From My Antenna Is Not Going
Through the circuitry. Possible lightning strike to antenn

It will not damage the antenna. It will damage anything connected to that antenna. If it did not directly hit the antenna most likely you will have to replace the coax in your home. Use another piece and test it.
It is unlikely it directly hit the antenna. If that were true what was connected to the other end of the coax (e.g. your TV) would also be fried
