Ltv-32wi - Red Outline On Everything
Turned on my tv this morning and there is a red outline on everything in my picture. My normally blue cable background is completely red. I've tried unplugging the tv, hd box, etc.....tried another cable outlet...plugged + unplugged each cable individually and nothing helps.
