My Cs6124-21 Just Stops Working And Then Starts Again

Hi, I bought a cs6124-21 cordless phone a month ago and for some reason the second phone will ,just stop working all of a sudden while I'm dialing, no menu no tone, nothing and then two days later or so, the tone is back with everything else. This has happened three times so far. Any suggestions? Thank you.
