Only Amber Vizio On

this tv won't power up, with remote control nor jog wheel. Only vizio logo lights up amber when pluged in. Checked all voltages from power supply,they're okay. This was done by jumping 5.3 STB to remote power on. I know the problem is on the control board, but need some help to find out where. Any kind of assistance will be greatly appreciated.
