Turning Coded Captioning Off On Vizio Noel D650i-b2 65' Flat Screen Tv

i have a 65"flat screen Vizio tv and hit the cc button on the remote and can't get the closed caption off the screen ?? The cc button won't remove it ???

Press the cc but on the remote. When watching regular analog (NTSC) TV, the CC feature is available in the Setup menu.

Press the " button to highlight the CC selection.

Press the # button to select CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4, or Service1, Service2, Service3, Service4, Service 5, or Service6.

Once the adjustments are completed press the LAST button repeatedly to exit the OSD completely. Closed Caption for regular TV is usually CC1 or CC2.
