No Sound From M420nv. Tried Troubleshooting Tips In Manual. What Now?
My M420nv lost sound. Picture is fine. No sound from BlueRay player either. Tried other HDMI ports and a different HDMI cable. Set is hooked up to a cable box. I tried the troubleshooting tips in the manual. No luck. No Volume display shows and set does not show whether Mute is on. I can adjust the volume indicator with the jag wheel, but it has no effect on the volume. Do I have to call the Geek Squad?
