Tv Turn Off
why does the red light on the tv turns on ,hear a fan and light turns green and off

This is your power supply circuit and you will see that i circled and pointed at some capacitors, under the metal heatsink as well.
Check to see ifsome of them appear to have a rounded/bulging top compare to others.
They should have perfectly flat tops. Here's the photo link.
