Bt 1015 Battery & Sticking # Keys

The BT 1015 battery will not charge on 2 of the 4 handsets, any advice? Also the phones are only 2 months old and the number keys are not working on 2 of the handsets.

For the keys you can try to blow any debris out with compressed air. The charging stands or the battery packs have failed on the 2 that will not charge.
