I Have A New Monitor And Set It Up According To Instructions And Did Update.

I have selected service types I want, fire and police. I only receive fire dispatch going out. I do not receive dispatch talking to fire trucks or dispatch talking to police or any communications between vehicles. also radio is all static and not very clear..I did not receive a owners manual with this radio. any help Thanks.

There are many variables that could cause the scanner issues you mention. The best I can do is provide the manual Here.
