Answering Machine Turning Off
Whenever I receive an incoming call my answering machine turns off and a voice states that we are unable to take calls. This is not the pre-recorded voice provided with the phone. I then turn the msg back on and as soon as another call comes in it turns off. Has anyone had this problem?

Power-cycle your base by unplugging the power cord & phone cable. Power up to reset the unit. Go here for the greeting setup procedures.
