Uniden Dct 738 Series Cordless Phones
I am trying to help my elderly mother from afar with her phones. She has the Uniden DCT 738 series. Inside the phone, it says DCT 738-3T and uses a BT 1004 battery. She can make calls and hear the person she has called without any problems; however, whoever she calls cannot hear her at all except for a tiny, tiny indistinguishable sound. Any ideas of what is wrong? I already ordered new batteries because she told me the batteries were dead and there was a picture of a battery on the phone. Now I just found out that the battery picture is solid black, not flashing or partially filled in, so it is probably not the battery.

I Can Recieve Calls On My Phone, But Cannot Make Calls Out.
Once i dial a number out, it goes right back to the ring tone. I can reiceve calls the phones fine.
