Rusting 2009 Toyota Corolla

recently purchased a 2009 Certified Toyota Corolla, just discovered entire bottom of car is rusted Has there been a recall? Is there anything I can do? I am going back to the dealer, very upset that they sold me a car that was rusting Thank you
