Toshiba Tdp-t45 Xga)

The power cord is loose and you hae to jiggle it to work. How can I fix this or where can I have this fixed

It sounds like the solder on the power jack has broken off. You will need to bring it to someone who is experienced in repairing electronics. You could also contact Toshiba but unless it's under warranty they will likely charge you to repair it.
