Toshiba Satelitte P845 S4200 14' Laptop
Hi, is the Toshiba p845 s4200 14" Laptop touchscreen? If so, will it work with Window 7, or only on Windows 8?

No it is not touchscreen enabled. Right now the laptops that do support touchscreen are the acer aspire, asus vivobook, the samsung smart pc, and a few lenovo laptops. Just wait a couple of months until toshiba releases their touchscreen laptop. The touchscreen works with both Windows 7 and 8 but you will get the full experience on windows 8.
