Toshiba Satellite L875d-s7332

My laptop was acting slow. I thought it was a virus so I did a virus clean up. In the middle of the clean up my computer decided to restart, which then it froze up. I restarted it and now it loads the toshiba screen then does a media fail. Then says no bootable device ---Please reboot the system. Please help!!! What do I do?

The symptoms you're describing point towards a dying hard drive. I recommend bringing it to a local repair shop to have it diagnosed. If it is indeed the hard drive then they can replace it for you.
