What Battery Is In My Toshiba Satellite Laptop L745 S4210? May Have Been Switch

The fourth time It was repaired they left 1 spring out of the battery catch. Sometimes It makes battery to PC contact, other times it won't. I was moving and never had a chance to check their work. I missed the 30 repair warranty. So, of course they consider the matter closed. I  waited a total of 8 hours 3 seperate times for repair. I will never buy from as long as I live. VERY POOR Service and the old we don'y care about the customer is all the vibe I ever got after buying It there. Now, I need the right battery part number as well as the part number for the PC terminals that mate to the battery terminals.
