Why Is My Webcam Not Working

Greetings - Please make sure that it is not disabled on the BIOS (if it appears under Device Mananger then it is enabled). Secondly, be sure that the webcam driver is installed, you can get the driver on the link below for Win 7 -

http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SCANNER-Digital-CAMERA-WEBCAM/OTHER-SCANNERS/Toshiba-Satellite-C855-Webcam-Driver-20333-for-Windows-7.shtml

You will find your webcam under Control Panel > Printers and other Hardwares when all is none right.
