Recovery Wizard

I basically have no choice but to set my laptop vack to factory default. I hace a toshiba satelitte c850 n using windows 8.1. With power on i hold the 0 down &.a warning comes up n ssys ill lose al n i click ok then it brings me to a screen that has two options. Either delete all files n data or option 2 is feleye all data n files &.rewrite. I want my system set vack to factory n start from fresh with my windows n delete sll else. I selected option 2 to delete n rewrite n i am 16 hrs in n at 26&. Did i select tje correct option. I just hope once done its like when i first brought it home that no disks are needed as i have no disk drive n no disks all should be on my drive already.

I forgot to mention that i had no functiomal operating system n i only had a blue screen n my only option is to press 0.&.activate the wizard n like mentioned b4 i only get two options n cuz i want to delete all n rewrite my windows so i cam start from scratch just luke out of box i did option 2. I think the process is slow cuz i had over 300 movies n tons of downloafs n thus why i thnk the process is taking so long. Do u think cuz so much its take so long. I dont want to restart over n lose my 20.hrs plus of process. I hopw it brings me back to fresh..

I believe you picked the right option but it shouldn't take nearly that long. I would reboot and try the recovery again.
