My Dvd/cd Rom Can't Read It Is Simply Not Working.

My cd/dvd rom does not respond when I insert a dvd or cd in. When I click on computer, the computer does not recognize thepresence of the dvd or cd.

Obviously, your Toshiba Satellite A350's CD/DVD ROM drive is not working since it cannot detect the device. This issue requires a replacement of the CD/DVD ROM drive. You can purchase the replacement CD/DVD ROM drive online. In fact, I provided the links below for your easy purchase.
