Toshiba Dx1215 Won't Start

My toshiba all in one has power, but when I turn it on, I just get a black screen. I have tried turning off the power an unplugging the machine, but that has not helped. What can I do. Yesterday I did download some updates from Toshiba. Don't remember what they were, but I think they were to help with log in.

Unfortunately it sounds like a hardware issue. You'll have to either contact Toshiba if it's still under warranty or have it looked at by a local computer repair service.
