The Laptopo Goes Off When Ac Adapter Is Connected

The toshiba works fine when the battery is with charge. when I connect the ac adapter, the Laptop goes to blackdown. if I connect the Laptop with ac adapter the machine start loading windows but when it is almost loaded then the laptop goes to blackdown. if I connect the Laptop with ac adapter the machine and apply the F8 to start with safemode, the machine works fines but limeted (as it is in Save mode) Please help me. Thanks Martin Perez
