My Toshiba 62hm196, I Cant Turn It On!

I was wathching my tv and Thunderstorm.  Power went out. And after that, I cant get this tv on?? yellow blinking right but nothing else.  I tried power on/off manually with the side button, nothing.  Plug on plug off, nothing.  I know that power is there caz yellow blinking light.  I am just frustrated!  HeLP!

if after you have unplugged the AC cord for over 30 min hasn't fixed the blinking yellow (booting indication), then the power supply or main boards might have been damaged. you will need a shop repair.
