No Picture But I Have Sound

I have no picture but sound.  I have changed the bulb with no positive result.  I can only turn the TV off by unplugging it.  The red and green signal lights blink alternately continuously.  What could cause the problem

It seems to be a problem with the main Board..The balast gets its signal form the main an checks to see if the door switch is closed,then it will send to signal to to the lamp to turn on...
