Tvtoshiba 32av500u No Picture No Sound

tvToshiba 32AV500U no picture no sound but the green light is on, what coul be wrong and how can I change by myself

my tv did the same thing. It is the mainboard. Unfortunately these tv's are out of warranty and you would be ultimately responsible for getting it fixed.

Please check all the cablers at the back of your Toshiba 32AV500 especially if you are using an external speaker. Also, you have to setup your TV based on the instructions provided in the user's manual. Here's the link to the user's manual:
