Prepaid Phone Says Home Service Disabled How Do I Unlock?
Samsung prepaid straightalk still has minutes but says prepaid service disables/home service disaabled. grandaughter entered something in prepaid screen in code entry mode, How do I reset?

You need to call Straight Talk and ask them why your new phone is not working. They may tell you it will take up to 24 hours for your phone to work correctly.
Your phone is not activated completely until you can make and receive phone calls on your phone. If you can not make and receive phone calls on your phone your phone is not active yet.
