Changing Zte Savvy Lock Screen Wallpaper Problem
When i try to change the zte savvy lock screen wallpaper to a picture ive saved to the phone it crops it but wont actually change it...any help?

Zte Saavy Will Not Send Picture Messages But Will Receive Them.
