Error Code 20
while trying to auto calibrate my str k7000 I received an error code of error code 20. Please advise.

They mean that there is a problem with the take up reel. The tape up reel is responsible for "taking up the tape slack" as the tape is running. Try resetting the camcorder. This is done by removing the battery or ac power, wait 10 seconds, reapply the battery or ac power and try again. Don't forget to try a different tape. If this is still not working it is time to send the machine in for service or repair.
