No Video On Video 3. When I Turn It On It Says Unlock. How Do I Unlock It?

The user manual does not discuss anything about "locking" or "unlocking". I suspect that could be coming from the device on that input.
Try rotating the input devices.
Here's the user guide, you can check it yourself.
