My Sony Kdl46v5100 No Longer Has A Picture.

I was away for the weekend and now the TV doesn't work. When I plug the tv in the power light comes on but no picture. When I push the power button on the remote the power light goes off and will not come on again until I unplug it and plug it in again.

I looked for bulletins and tips on the Sony web page for authorized servicers, and only found one that seemed to match. The repair involved changing the LCD panel, and since this is a serious amount of money, you need to take it to a service center to have it checked out.
