Sony Fs57m91 Rear Projection Television.

My Sony television, when powered on, goes to standby mode with led blinking thrice before repearing itself in loop. what can be the possible reasons. I think this is relating to +B Overvoltage. I am already considering replacing IC6502, IC 6503, Q8043, Q8024, Q 8027 and PH6001. What else can cause this peculiar problem?
