Sony Dcr-trv22e Not Opening Thru Computer But Opening In Camera,previouly Openin

1. How to copy video/photos from camera to the PC?. 2.It was previously opening and was being copied with the driver CD provided with the camera with windows vista laptop but now not being read by the laptop/computer-win vista/win 7. 3.All data in the camera needs to be copied into pendrive/CD.Please suggest how to do this.

I would recommend contacting Sony Support directly to get troubleshooting/setup assistance. They should be able to walk you through towards a resolution.

Hi. Download and install the driver & software bundle (after selecting the matching Windows OS version. You may also have to use a different/replacement USB cable.
