My Sony Camcorder With Model Dcr-sr 21 E Has The Problem Of Hard Disk Format Err

There are many causes of this problem, these are some of the following:
- Firmware or Manufacturer Faults
- Heat
- Electronic Failure or Power Surges
- Mechanical or Internal failure
- Corrupted Files
- Human Errors
