Sony Handycam Model Dcr-sr68e, Hdd Format Error, E:31:00, How To Fix It.

There might be bad sector detected by your Sony DCR-SR68 device on its internal Hard Disk storage device. You can try repairing this problem by performing a checkdisk scan. Here's how:

1. Connect the USB data cable of your Sony DCR-SR68 device

2. Locate the drive of your device

3. Right click the drive

4. Click Properties

5. Click the Tools tab

6. Click the Check Now button

7. Wait for the checkdisk to start scanning your device's hard disk
