Here are the steps on how to wipe the memory on a Sharp MX-C301W printer to zero:

Enter the service mode.

To enter the service mode, press the following buttons in sequence:

Stop + Clear + Right + Left + Right

Enter the password.

The default password for the service mode is "Sharp."

Select "Memory Clear."

Select "All Clear."

Press the "Start" button.

The printer will display a message that says "Memory Clear."

Press the "Stop" button to exit the service mode.

Once the memory has been wiped to zero, the printer will restart and will be in a factory default state.
