Can't Print W/ Windows 10

We've started using windows 10 throughout our office and none are able to print. We are still able to print with windows 7. We have updated all the computer drivers but still doesn't work. Do we need to update the firmware in the printer and if so, how do we do that. We have a MX5001N.Thank you.

No you not need to reinstall firmware bcz no updated firmware for win 10 is availbale.

so you can reinstall the drivers and this time download them from here
