No Smart Central Option. Lc60c6600u
I recently purchased a Sharp Aquos TV. Model number is LC60C6600U. When I press the smart central button on the remote the menu comes up, when I press it again the TV goes black. I am trying to find a master reset so I can start it up again. I believe all the software didn't download because we lost power during the start up. I have tried doing a software update but it says the software is up to date. TIA for any help!
