Sanyo Apps

Hi there, I have been using the apps for a while so it has been good. Now when I press the net@ button the system stops at "Running VuDu Apps home" I have rest the tv, I have rebooted both my modem and router. The tv is hardwired I have all 3 checked on the connection teat I have taken the router out of the eqausion by plugging it into the modem. My modem is working fine as I am on the internet now. I have to turn the tv off to remove the message. I have called customer service but have to wait maybe 3 days for contact. please help
