Tv Will No Longer Power On.
We have a sanyo tv. Model number: DP32671. Made in May of 2011. It's a LCD TV/DVD combo. SHaving the same issue as thousands of other consumers. The TV, when you attempt to turn the power on, will either not do anything and the power indicator button will remain red. Or at times, the screen will flash on for a brief second and the power indicator button will flash green but will shut off and not power on at all. After reading hundreds post with consumers having the same issue, I have found very few where they actually stated what the issue was and if it is repairable. The one post stated that it was the power supply that is done by Delta Electronics that is consistently failing. They said that the entire board had to be replaced. The board number they gave was: 1AV4U20c41500.Have you heard anything different or know the cause of this major issue Sanyo is having yet doing nothing about? What is the average cost to repair, if repairable. Thank you very much for your time. Paula A

Most likely a power supply failure. Start on page 37 of the Service Manual & follow the trouble shooting steps for your power issues.

It may be something simple--such as a problematic cable connection or cable. You can also unplug the TV for 10 minutes and see if that solves. Finally, go into the menu of your TV and do a factory reset.
