Use this method to hard reset your Samsung SGH-T528G phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Warning! All your data including contacts, messages etc. will be lost! Copy all your necessary data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC before full reset! Take out SIM card before full reset.Reset Samsung T528 PhoneYou can easily reset your phone to its default settings. To reset your phone:
1. Touch Menu e32; Settings e32; Phone e32; Reset Phone.
2. At the All settings reset to factory defaults. Continue? prompt, touch Yes to reset or No to cancel.
3. Enter your phone password, if prompted, and touch Confirm.
4. After the phone settings have been reset, the Reset Phone done confirmation displays.
Once your phone resets to its default settings for those selected options, it automatically restarts in order to incorporate the new settings.



Note: User Data, such as contacts, messages, pictures, videos, and music, is not deleted.

Restore Samsung T528 PhoneThe Restore Phone option is the same as the Reset Phone option described above in
that all settings are reset to factory defaults. However, with the Restore Phone
option, all user data is deleted.
Warning!: All User Data such as contacts, messages, pictures, videos, and music will be deleted.
Ensure that you remove your MicroSD card if applicable because it will be erased with
the Restore Phone option.



Soft reset your Samsung T528 mobile phoneIf your phone does not respond to any key press just pull out battery and reinsert it. Power on your cell phone.



Note: Make sure the battery is properly installed before you turn on your cell phone.
