Are you not able to boot into recovery mode? How about download? That's volume down + home + power button. If those aren't working, I'd try a new battery. Otherwise, the phone is probably a brick, unless you send it back for repair.

The user guide only gives ways to reset the phone when you have access to the display. It can be downloaded here.

It is on page 120 onwards. I would suggest trying to remove the battery and sims and leave for a few hours to allow any power to drain away. Then try again.
If you do not have success please raise another question with as much information you can. You could also contact Samsung support in your country.
