Accessing Voicemail.
When I try to access my voicemail (Samsung 738c) nothing happens. It asks my password, and when I enter it, it just continues to ask again. After several tries, it says it is unable to connect me at this time.

I suggest you back up your data & then reset your device.
From HOME SCREEN, touch Menu, Main Menu 1
-Touch Settings
-Touch Phone Settings
-Touch Security
-Enter the Lock code and touch OK, default lock code is usually the last 4 digits of yourphone number
-Touch Master Reset
-Touch Yes to confirm for hard resetting
