i manage to partly figured out de pinout for the black connector on de back
the following is viewed from the bakc with the dipswitches on your right side
1| 3| 5| 7| 9 | 11| 13| 15| 17| 19| 21
2| 4| 6| 8| 10| 12| 14| 16| 18| 20| 22
pin 1 & 2 = 24vac
pin 4 = rs485 (b or tx-)
pin 7 = video shield
pin 9 = video signal
pin 19 = rs485 (a or tx+)
