Samsung Rs267lash Manual

We had a bad thunderstorm and the electric went off & on several times. When it finally came on for good the panel didn't. The lights in the fridge are on and there is one small green light slowly flashing on the panel. We have unplugged it and plugged it back in. The same thing happens nothing on the panel but the same line that flashes. Can I rest it? What can I do? Thank you, Laura
