Freezer Iced Up And Stops Cooling

the freezer gets frost on back wall and unit stops cooling. I replaced defrost heater and it has ran for 5 days and just noticed it Gaga's frost on back wall and not cooling. What could the cause be other than defrost heater ? How do you defrost the unit

If your refrigerator is freezing food, the temperature is set too low. Raise the temperature a few degrees to fix the problem.


If your refrigerator temperature is too high, condensation may build up and freeze on the bottom of the refrigerator. Lower the temperature a few degrees to fix the problem.
