How Can I Get A Recovery Disk For My Samsung Np300e5c-a06us
I ran a windows 8.1 update and now my computer will not boot. I receive an error windows/system32/win load.efi. I do not have a recovery disk and I cannot access my recovery tool on my computer since it will not boot

hello sir !
please go for a hard reboot procedure. the computer will be totally reset and it will start functioning properly with no bugs and errors. downloaded software are often ineffective in this kind of thing. if you ar ereally finding it out of your hands then you could ask for assistance from the computer dealer. they are supposed to get these things done for you for free.
