If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. 5 Check HDMI connection If a Set Top Box, game console, PC, or other external devices are connected to your TV, unplug the power cables of the external devices and plug them back in again.

Possible solutions::
- Check the integrity and connections of the cables. Substitute other cables to test.
- Perhaps an on/off timer or sleep timer is set.
- Or remove the electrical plug from the wall outlet and wait a while before inserting it into the wall outlet again.
It's also possible that the capacitors on the power board are causing the issue. They are probably replaceable.
