My Samsung Hlp5067w Is Humming,and Repeatedly Turns On Then Off.
My Samsung HLP5067W is humming in the back and repeatedly turning off then back on ,(while in the middle of watching a program) all while Lighting up the word "LAMP" on the power button,my question is is it as simple as buy a LAMP RPTV replacement from Amazon? I've heard also that I might need a ballasd. Is that something that comes with a LAMP RPTV replacemnt and should these things fix my Tv?

Go here first to assure you don't have a power supply problem. If it's good then check the lamp & or ballast.
