I Have A Hl61a650c1fxza Outer Indicator Lights Come On Tv Shuts Off
When I turn on the TV the outer two (2) indicator lights come on and the tv shuts off.

It may be stuck in standby. If the tv is left on for a period around 20-30 minutes and then comes on points to a power supply problem which is repairable but by a reputable engineer with experience. Early Samsung TVs had a common problem of slow to start up. If this is your problem then there are U-tube videos on a solution if you feel confident.
