I Am Getting The Same Netflix Error Nw-4-8 On Samsung Blue Ray Bd-fm57c Player

after I received a software upgrade to my player this morning. All other applications on the device are working. I have network connectivity as well. Only Neflix stopped working. How do I resolve this problem?

Try power cycling your Blu-ray player: turn it off, unplug it and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Then plug it in, turn it on, restore your network settings/Netflix account and see if you continue to experience this issue.

This doesn't sound like an issue with Netflix itself, but one with your player. In that case, you would need to seek service repairs.
